WHAT IS THE BEST ADVICE FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE AFRAID TO GO NATURAL?
Honestly for some its best to transition into wearing their hair natural, for others they may feel the need to big chop. Either way what’s most important is that your taking this step to a healthier hair journey. The truth is natural hair styling requires maintenance,time and patience. Most of the styles are kept simple because they usually last up to two weeks, If your hair is relaxed it may be better for you to transition into going natural with protective styles, like crochet braids, you could try twist or faux locs or even Knotless braids if you would like to change up your look. This will allow you to get a better understanding of your natural hair and also help prepare you for styling.
IS THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITION INCLUDED WITH THE HAIR SERVICE?
Yes, The shampoo and conditioning is included, its important to start any hair style with a proper shampoo and conditioning.
WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES?
When booking your appointment, clients are required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment time. All deposits go towards the clients total balance except for client consultation appointments. If clients need to cancel or reschedule an appointment they can do so by visiting their confirmation email. If an appointment is canceled at any time the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will have to be made. Clients have 1 reschedule per appointment. If Clients need to reschedule, they must do so within 14 days, or — the deposit is forfeited.
CAN I SCHEDULE A CLIENT CONSULTATION AND A HAIR APPOINTMENT AT THE SAME TIME?
Not at this time, We’ve designed the client consultation to get to know your hair and prepare for your future appointment. We will meet and discuss your current hair regimen and what style will best achieve your hair goals.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE FOR MY NATURAL HAIR?
This is Key to your Natural Hair Journey. To answer correctly you’ll first need to understand your hair type and your hair porosity level. It’s Best to schedule a Appointment Consultation to find out what level you are and what your natural hair texture is.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STYLE DOESN’T WORK FOR ME, AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However If a client is unsatisfied with a service we will be more than happy to reinstall or change the service to better accommodate them. We ask clients to notify us within 24 hours of receiving that service if they would like to do so. We require the client consultation prior to offering any services to ensure that the client chooses a style that best works for them.
